Tracking

A shipping confirmation may be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. In addition, we can email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from FedEx that your purchase has been delivered. 

If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to customerservice@rockwelltharp.com or calling 808-268-6131.


Product Availability 

Rockwell Tharp products available for purchase online include boots, shoes, belts, apparel, and handbags. All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. When available, usually, products ship the same day, if ordered by 3:00PM EST, or by the next business day if your order if received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is not available, which will delay fulfilling your order. 

All Rockwell Tharp boots & shoes are hand-crafted. Our hand embroidered collection is artistically designed and are one-of-a-kind, works of art. Although, some of the artistic collection have similar designs, each is unique in its own way. Please Understand every Artistic Boot or Bag will be uniquely different. There can be different variations, layouts, and patterns on each pair of boots. This is part of the uniqueness.


Pricing

Prices displayed on the Rockwell Tharp’s website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will let you confirm your order at the correct price. 

We accept payments in U.S. dollars only, we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We are unable to verify credit cards orders drawn from international banks or international billing addresses. Upon completion of your order request, your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your order. Note: Debit card purchasers please notice that your purchase will draw funds from your account immediately. We can ship to Canada. Please call for accurate details and shipping costs.


Payment

Rockwell Tharp accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover with a verifiable U.S. Billing address. We accept payments in U.S. Dollars only. We are unable to verify credit cards orders from international banks or international billing addresses. Upon completion of your order request, your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your order. All orders will be processed for payment immediately. Backorders will also be processed and we will let you know of an estimated delivery date. If the product you ordered is on backorder, this does NOT warrant a refund. Please be patient and we will get your order to you as quickly as possible!


Errors and Inaccuracies 

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Shipping and Delivery 

For security reasons, Rockwell Tharp online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS. All purchases are shipped via FedEx and occassionally USPS for smaller items. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. FedEx next day, two day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Rockwell Tharp cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipping delays. When available, usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 3:00PM EST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday.


How to Care For Your Boots

    ·    We recommend using Regular Scotch-Gard Fabric & Upholstery Protector on your Rockwell Tharp Boots, (ONLY brocade or artistic fabrics, NOT on calf hair or leather boots)
    ·    Simply spray Scotch-Gard on your Rockwell Tharp Boots, Shoes, Belts and Handbags every few months to help repel against stains or wetness from weather. (Follow directions on can.)
    ·    Keep in mind Rockwell Tharp Boots should be cared for like you care for leather shoes (they are not made to be rain boots)!
    ·    If you do get caught in the rain or dirt in your Rockwell Tharp Boots, don’t worry! Let your boots dry and use a dry brush to brush away the excess dirt.
    ·    For stains to your boots, we recommend using a Tide pen and a damp cloth to dab at the stain. Do not rub. See instructions on the Tide pen or feel free to call us for help.
